CRN registration in other provinces

Pressure equipment designs used in Saskatchewan are registered with the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK).

Saskatchewan’s code is 3. It appears after the decimal point of a CRN once the design is registered in Saskatchewan: first if Saskatchewan registered it first, later in the order the provinces signed off.

Yes. A design must be registered in each province or territory where the equipment is used. Saskatchewan is a party to the CRN Reconciliation Agreement; a design with a CRN from another province is still registered with TSASK as a reciprocal registration. Once Saskatchewan registers it, the code 3 is added to the CRN.

Yes. We prepare CRN applications for manufacturers in the USA, India and worldwide, with Canadian P.Eng. review and stamp, and submit them to TSASK.
